/ M&A

Transactions form an important part of our Corporate practice. In close collaboration with the other advisors involved, we support our clients in deals. We contribute to the term sheet, deal structure, share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, funds flow and closing of the transaction.

/ Structuring

Our team is highly experienced in setting up and restructuring corporate structures, for a wide range of companies and (international) corporate groups. We know what is needed to realize the project's objectives from a business, tax and financial perspective. We work in close collaboration with the other advisors involved.
